On November 13, 2024, The Autoridade Nacional dos Minerais hosted a Courtesy Meeting with Deputy Head of Mission, Australian Embassy, Mr. Edward Wilkinson, and a team from the Australian Department of Industry, Science and Resources (DISR). The discussions cantered around the progress of mining activities in Timor-Leste and the potential for future partnerships between ANM and relevant Australian Government agencies particularly in the area of capacity building.
