On March 27th 2025, Autoridade Nacional dos Minerais (ANM) handed over Environmental License and Reconnaissance Permit to GENCO Equity Nusantara for conducting reconnaissance activities for marble resources in Manatuto Municipality.
GENCO Equity Nusantara has complied with the requirements for Environmental Licensing and Reconnaissance Permit set forth under Decree Law no.39/2022, 8th June and Law No. 12/2021, 30th June on Mining Code.
GENCO Equity Nusantara underlined its commitments to conduct the activities in accordance with the approved proposals, with conditions applied, and in compliance with applicable legislations in Timor-Leste.
Moreover, the company as Holder of Mineral Rights will ensure great collaborations with Regulatory Authority in carrying Mining Activities.
