On 18 July 2024, Kompañia Iron Fortune, carried out cultural ceremony at Pasabe, Maklabe, Suco Abani, Oe-cusee. As obligations which the company shall follow to ask a permission from the nature and ancestors in order to show the way of a mining activity to begin operationalized in the area that is attributed with Evaluation and Exploration license from the H.E Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Mr Francisco Costa dated 19 April 2024.

Evaluation and Exploration activity is an activity to identify the mineral resources’ quality and quantity, therefore, Iron Fortune Pty, Ltd RP as an entity which will undergo in-depth study to determine on the mineral resources. On this occasion, the relevant entity participated consisted of the representatives of RAEOA, Lia-Nain, community leader, State-Owned Company Murak Rai Timor, National Mineral Authority, Veterans, representative of F-FDTL, representative of PNTL and the community in the Pasabe area.

The Lia-Nain began to ask permission from the Sacred Spirits to allow the Mining Activity to be carried out properly in the Pasabe area, from the ritual of cultural ceremony showed a good sign.

Additionally, the Regional Secretary RAEOA, explained to community that, the investment of the mining activity coming from the company itself, therefore, appealed all parties shall collaborate.

The representative of Iron Fortune Pty, Ltd, RP, Company stressed, this is considered as a privilege to obtain the Evaluation and Exploration License including the Environmental License, a big hope that from the evaluation and exploration activity, elevate knowledge on the mining activity and it can improve the social life. President of National Mineral Authority (ANM) emphasized that, the success of the activity requiring supports from the community leaders, local authorities and community, thereby it is very important to work together with the Iron Fortune Company.
